How long does an install take?
It depends on scope. A single system can be a matter of days; a full multi-system build, a few weeks. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote, and we work around your hours to limit disruption.
Do you service systems we already have — even if someone else installed them?
Yes. We service, upgrade, and take over maintenance of existing audio, signage, drive-thru, AV, and security systems regardless of who originally installed them.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. We do one-time project installs as well as optional managed-service and maintenance plans — you choose. Music and messaging content may carry their own licensing terms, which we'll spell out up front.

- Preferences stored on your device. We use your browser's local storage to remember your accessibility settings (text size and high-contrast mode). This stays on your device, is not used to track you, and is not shared.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process and support videophone orders, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
