Does my parent need internet or tech skills?

No tech skills at all. The phone has no logins, passwords, or menus. It can run on home wifi, or on an optional 4G/mobile data plan if there's no internet — so it works straight out of the box, anywhere.

Who sets it up?

We do. Set-up — and any later changes like adding a contact or adjusting text size — is handled remotely, so nobody in the household has to configure anything.

Can it help with hearing loss?

Yes. There's a captioning model that shows real-time captions on screen, plus loud, clear audio, so conversations are easy to follow even with significant hearing loss.

Is funding available?
